Exports to the USA

Products intended for export to the United States must comply with a range of stringent federal requirements established by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), USDA (U.S. Department of Agriculture), and other competent regulatory authorities. The requirements for product quality, composition, and labeling are rigorous and are intended to ensure the protection of consumer health.

ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB)

FDA Laboratory LLC is an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory, accredited by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB).
This accreditation enables the test reports issued by our laboratory to be included in export documentation packages as scientifically substantiated and internationally recognized documents.

Provision of Test Results

The laboratory conducts testing across a wide range of products, including food products, beverages, food supplements, infant food, and other regulated products requiring laboratory confirmation for export to the United States.

In accordance with the requirements of U.S. regulatory authorities, the calculation of the energy value of food products is also mandatory. Our laboratory performs these calculations using internationally accepted methodologies.
This calculation is often a critical requirement for proper product labeling and for demonstrating regulatory compliance.

“FDA Laboratory” LLC conducts testing based on the nature of the product and the intended export purpose. Upon completion, an official test report is issued in Armenian, English, or Russian.
The laboratory also provides professional support in selecting appropriate testing strategies, preparing technical documentation, and facilitating informed decision-making to ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory requirements throughout the export process.
