Export to EAEU Member States

The Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is a unified internal market comprising Armenia, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. The free movement of products within the Union is regulated by technical regulations, as well as by compliance with established safety and quality requirements.

Ongoing Testing

“FDA Laboratory” LLC performs laboratory testing required for export purposes, including the assessment of chemical, microbiological, and physicochemical parameters, as well as method development and validation, where applicable.
Testing is conducted within the scope of accreditation, using methods equivalent to national and international standards, and the results are recognized by the EAEU member states.
Where required, our partner company, “Certification and Quality” LLC, organizes conformity assessment of exported products and issues EAC Certificates of Conformity in accordance with the technical regulations of the Union.
The laboratory performs testing of various product categories, including food products, alcoholic beverages, food supplements, infant food, and other product types.

State Registration Service

FDA Laboratory” LLC complies with the criteria established by Resolution No. 623-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated 13 June, 2013, “On Approving the Procedure and Criteria for the Designation of Conformity Assessment Bodies,” and has been designated as a Conformity Assessment Body by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia.
Within the scope of its authorization, the laboratory carries out the registration process for products subject to mandatory state registration and issues the State Registration Certificate.

Registered products are entered into the Unified Register of State Registration Certificates of the Customs Union, which serves as the legal basis for the lawful circulation of such products in all member states of the Customs Union.
