ones provided the most accurate results.<\/p>\n<p>This time microbiological quantitative studies of meat products were carried out with the following indicators:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tClostridium perfringens<br \/>\n\u2022\tSulphite-reducing bacteria<br \/>\n\u2022\tCoagulase positive staphylococci<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The above 3 indicators are accurate and compatible.<\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that in 2018 the Analytical laboratory \u00abFDA Laboratory\u00bb LLC participated in the interlaboratory testings in the field of alcoholic beverages, water, drinking water, fruits, vegetables, meat and meat products with microbiological indicators and indicators of quality and food safety, which were positive, accurate and
